Terms & Conditions
Plain-language summary. For formal disputes, retain copies and contact team@blink-flux.one.
1. Liability
BlueVector Forge provides training simulations and related materials for professional development. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or subscription period during which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost productivity, business interruption, or decisions you make based on lab content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
2. Intellectual property
All scenario text, lab interfaces, templates, recordings, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning or internal team use according to your purchase. You may not resell, publicly repost, scrape, or reverse engineer the labs. Certificates and badges may be displayed personally; misrepresenting affiliation with us is not permitted.
3. Service description
Services include browser-based simulations, facilitated sessions where scheduled, mentor feedback where purchased, and community channels we operate. Features may evolve. We may retire outdated scenarios after notice in the community calendar. Operational status pages describe maintenance windows when available. Labs use synthetic data only and do not grant access to third-party production systems.
4. Acceptance
By creating an account, enrolling in a cohort, or otherwise accessing paid materials, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact us to close your account where applicable.
5. User obligations
You agree not to misuse community spaces, harass staff or participants, attempt to break lab isolation, or introduce unlawful content. You must provide accurate contact details for billing-related communications where required by your employer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you. Sharing seats without an appropriate license violates these terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Consumers retain non-waivable rights under applicable Korean consumer protection rules. Venue for disputes shall be the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers residing in Korea.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for non-payment under enterprise agreements. You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility is described in the Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, licenses end except for records you are legally required to retain internally. Sections intended to survive termination, including liability and intellectual property, remain in effect.
