Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary. For formal disputes, retain copies and contact team@blink-flux.one.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how BlueVector Forge processes personal information when you visit blink-flux.one, request information, enroll in programs, or interact with our community channels operated by us. It applies whether you access services from Korea or elsewhere. Enterprise customers may have additional agreements; where they expand protections, those terms also apply to the covered workforce.

2. Data collected

We collect identifiers such as name, email address, organization, and country; billing-related details processed by our operational partners when applicable; technical logs like IP address, device type, and approximate location derived for security; and content you submit in forms, labs, or community threads. We avoid collecting government identifiers unless a specific program requires it and we disclose that separately.

3. Use of data

We use data to deliver courses, send operational messages, improve lab reliability, secure accounts, analyze aggregated usage trends, and comply with quality standards requests where lawful. Marketing messages, if any, rely on consent or soft opt-in where permitted. You may opt out of non-essential communications through links in emails or by writing to our contact address.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Korean residents may contact us to exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act where applicable. We respond within reasonable timelines and may request verification. If you believe we have mishandled data, contact us first; you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where available.

5. Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent to team@blink-flux.one or by post to our Seoul office listed on the contact page. Please include enough detail for us to locate your records without over-sharing sensitive tokens or passwords.

6. Retention

We retain account and enrollment records for as long as your relationship is active and for a period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Lab submissions may be retained in anonymized form for quality improvement. Cookie retention is described in the Cookie Settings document.

7. Third parties

We use infrastructure and communications vendors to host sites, send email, and operate ticketing. They process data under agreements that limit use to providing services to us. We do not sell personal information. If we add subprocessors materially affecting risk, we will update this policy or provide notice as required.
