Cancellation Policy

Plain-language summary. For formal disputes, retain copies and contact team@blink-flux.one.

1. Exceptions

Custom enterprise workshops that include reserved facilitator time, physical materials already shipped, or third-party venue deposits may be partially non-refundable once commitments are locked. Cohort seats transferred to a colleague inside the same organization are not refunds but may avoid cancellation fees when arranged before access begins.

2. Timeframe

For standard online enrollments, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not completed more than twenty percent of released modules and have not downloaded restricted templates marked as post-access resources. After that window, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion.

3. Contact

Email team@blink-flux.one with your enrollment reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We reply within five business days with approval or questions. Approved refunds are initiated to the original operational method where possible.

4. Scope

This policy covers amounts paid directly to BlueVector Forge for listed programs on blink-flux.one. It does not govern third-party marketplaces if we list there in the future; those purchases follow marketplace rules.

5. Process

After you submit a request, we verify eligibility against lab progress logs. If eligible, we queue the refund and send confirmation. Processing times depend on operational partners but typically complete within ten business days after approval.

6. Eligibility

Eligibility requires good-faith participation rules: no abuse of community channels, no sharing of restricted downloads outside permitted scope, and no chargeback filed while a refund request is pending. Chargebacks may limit future enrollments.
