We publish three anchor time blocks and let cohorts vote before day one. Facilitators rotate who takes the awkward slot so one region is not always punished. Recordings exist, but live hunts lose the card reveal tension on replay. If you miss a live block, we offer a catch-up session with a smaller group rather than a solo replay. Async labs remain open on rolling deadlines so operators on night shifts still progress. If you need a corporate cohort entirely in one region, we can compress live blocks into a single week with longer breaks.
